To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no function will NetLink Trust be responsible for any oblique, consequential, incidental, Distinctive or punitive damages in any way, arising out on the use or inability to use the Programs, including without limitation damages for loss of company, earnings or enterprise interruption, whether ar
